How are Chinese women different from Western women?

I’ve had nothing but bad luck with Chinese women while living in Taiwan. When I do something wrong with a U.S. lady, they tell you (usually, or you kind find out somehow). Here, it’s so easy to make them feel uncomfortable and their fear of embarassing themselves is very strong so they won’t tell you anything (i.e. Don’t touch me there!)

They don’t wanna hurt your feelings maybe. They’d rather put up with their own discomfort than embarrass you. I guess western women are just more open and outspoken. Free speech and whatnot.

Well, there is the huge influence of culture on the way that people (not just women) act. Speaking from a Chinese point of view, if you do anything wrong, they won’t tell you to you because that would make you lose ‘face.’ *This term (very loosely) is the quality which makes people respect you.
However, what you seem to be frustrated about is a common strategy that a lot of Chinese people do (including me, although I’m a Chinese Malaysian in the US): – Avoidance, or a pretense of ignorance. In a nutshell, better not to put the spotlight on it, so she will not lose face herself (At this point, she feels as if you didn’t give her face).
Complicated enough? Well, one thing I can suggest to learn is to see how people in Taiwan react to certain things; there are non-verbal cues that you can learn to read.

Bad luck huh ? Hahaha.
I think it depend on environment where she grown. For example : I’m Chinese born Indonesia, and i taught that as a woman i must stay virgin till I’m getting married someday. That’s our pride (or prices). We doesn’t freely speak out our mind, we must stay calm/feminine, and show off is an immoral (eg : kissing in public area). Almost all Chinese born Asia had the same experiences.
So you see, we’re not as free as other women, e.g : Chinese born U.S or Western women.
If you want her, i suggest you better be serious, and be very careful & cautious with whatever you speak or do. You can’t just jump into their pants whenever you want her (you don’t want her parent catch you and ask you to marry their daughter, hahaha, because if you doing something “consider” immoral, she’s not the only one that would be embarassed).
But, i agree Chinese & Taiwanese are more complicated. They using “planet’s confusing” words to speak with man.
Be patient, or just find another uncomplicated women.
