Carlisle was sort of trying to figure this out because he didn’t know for sure how all got their powers but he was pretty sure that they had something to do with stuff in their past life as humans. So they don’t actually know how that works, so they don’t know what other powers can be established so therefore neither can we! Yeah but here are the powers they have:
Edward: Reading Minds
Bella (when she’s a vampire): Shield (nothing can get through to her and whoever she decides to protect as well)
Alice: She can see into the future
Emmet: He is super strong beyond measure
Rosalie: Her looks (she is literally the most beatiful thing in the world!)
Jasper: He can control the emotions in a room
Carlisle: He brought his kindness and docter skills
Esme: Her absolute gentleness and kindness for all things living and her motherly love.
Yeah so that’s the cullens (and in the back of Breaking Dawn it has everyones official powers including all the other vampires who come to visit) hope this helps

there’s a whole list of the characters and it includes their powers. i don’t think it’s been updated for breaking dawn, though
