I’,m 17, 6ft, and 169 lbs. My docotr says Im normal weight, but I feel and look fat. I have that sort of tummy fat and some extra weight in my back area. I want to lose it all and gain abs and pecs by the end of the summer, but I cant afford gym membership or expensive weights and stuff. How can I get the kind of definition thats slim and built, with great abs and pecs, without professional equipment? I also have gynecomastia, so gaining definition in my pcs is a bog deal for me (an enlargement of the breats in males, mines very mild, but it looks like I have bitch tits.)

Jogging doesn’t hurt (in most cases, though i’m sure if you were incapable your doctor would have caught it).
As for muscle definition, good ol’ pushups and situps should be fine. Be sure, though, to balance your core muscles. Your ab muscles should grow stronger along with your back muscles.
