Cant LAUNCH Vampire The Masquerade bloodlines! Help

i just bought this new game Vampire the masquerade Bloodlines from one of the shops in City Square.
I successfully installed ALL 3 discs. But when i double click the icon on desktop to launch game, it prompts me to insert Disc1.
Disc 1 is already in my pc, but it still prompts me to insert Disc1 everytime i double click on icon. The game won’t launch and i cant play..
Do i need to crack the game or something? Pls teach me how to or where i can find the .exe file to replace. There is no instructions or any crack files in all 3 CDs. I have checked..
Someone pro in cracking PLEASE advise me so i can play the game i’ve been longing to.. Thanks..
