Can vampires sparkle? Like in Twilight?

I know it’s just from a book, but i want to know if vampires can really sparkle. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME.! And NO MEAN COMMENTS.!

Vampires..
There are many legends about vampires. However, there are official documents proving the existence of an authentic seventeenth-century countess, Elizabeth Bathory, who was the most bloodthirsty vampiress of all time!!! Yes. The vampires of fictional books and horror movies are mythical, but there is also a real life subculture of vampires.

They aren’t undead or immortal, and, most importantly, most modern vampires don’t attack people to drink blood. The mythical creature arose from superstitions and folklore, but there are human beings who see themselves as vampires.

There are two types, sanguine vampires (the ones that drink blood, usually from consenting donors) and psychic vampires (who feed on energy.)

These days mostly people who have craving for blood are low in iron n there’s a reason they arnt called vamps.
vampires are real or yet i tend to believe but the sparkle part i do not believe,Why? cuz vaps r around us in small towns n they wont b able 2 go anywhere if they sparkle maybe they do but have somethin 2 help them walk in daylight.
