buy a dress made for a witch.
Cut it shorter.
Add some crazy black leggings
Some cute boots or dressy shoes.
Buy a cape.
Buy some stiraphome material to make the collar.
Do her make up all crazy like a vampire.
ike blood and white skin with the upside down triangle on her forhead
Make her nails long and black.
do her hair all crazy..

idk…these are just some ideas I would do.
plus it will give you some time to let her decorate it the way she wants to as well..you could have a mom a daughter time…
