Vampire contacts?

I am intending to attend the Vampire Ball in New Orleans in halloween when I can and I have found where to buy the items I need, except a decent priced Vampire cloak (Satin lining, velvet outside) with a high collar that stays up, and I also need a pair of Contacts that make my eyes go like a vampires, hopefully ones that do the shining thing in the dark.
If anyone knows where I can get these items at a fair price, could you please post the URL?
